2007 Bmw 335i Normal Oil Temp. Although at that temp i swear i could smell the oil it smelled kind of like the odor that my motoro gave off when brand new. Now my water pump runs continuously i have to disconnect my battery to prevent it from running down can this be a sensor problem i e oil temp causing water pump to run even when car is switched.
My oil temperature is holding on 110 degrees of сelsius 230f when i drive normally. When i try to drive actively it grows up to 130 degrees of сelsius 266f. That s the oil temperature guage not the water temperature.
There are no water temp guages in bmws any more if the overtemp light comes on it means stop the engine right now.
Please tell me simple and cheap way to do it. My oil temperature is holding on 110 degrees of сelsius 230f when i drive normally. Use a high quality oil if you expect high performance. The temperature varys depending on the type of engine oil used.
