The n52 or n54 pump fails and can heat damage the head if the car is too hot at the time or is driven even a short distance after the warning. Am i insane for buying another car 335is with the n54. I want a 335is 6 speed but it has the same n54. We won t say the n54 is incorrigible can t be tamed but it does take commitment and perseverance and deep pockets.
